Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. Ofsted inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
Every week, Ofsted carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England, and publish the results on their website. www.ofsted.gov.uk
To find an inspection report, go to the Find an inspection report page. They work with providers which are not yet good to promote their improvement, monitoring their progress and sharing with them the best practice.
Ecclesall Primary School has yet to have an inspection. The two schools that merged together were Ecclesall Infant School and Ecclesall Junior School. Both schools reports are below.

Have your say
Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. If your child is at a boarding or a residential special school, it also asks for your opinion on five aspects of your child’s boarding or welfare. We will use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect, and when. A screencast demonstrating how to register and complete a survey on Parent View is available on the How to use Parent View page.
When inspecting education in independent schools, Ofsted recommend when an inspection should take place but inspect at the request of the DfE.
By sharing your views, you’ll be helping your child’s school to improve. You will also be able to see what other parents have said about your child’s school. Or, if you want to, view the results for any school in England.
